Can you combine my orders?

Hey there! We totally get why you might want to place multiple orders during our small batch releases. We're super grateful for your support, but unfortunately, we can't always offer combined shipping to everyone. Our system isn't set up for it, and trying to keep track of everything manually with lots of orders coming in just isn't feasible.

Sometimes we can combine orders, and if we do, we'll definitely refund any extra shipping charges. However, we kindly ask that you don't expect or request combined shipping. By placing more than one order, you're agreeing to receive multiple shipments. Thanks a bunch for understanding!

What if a product I want sells out?

The beauty of small, family businesses is getting freshly bottled products, made with love shipped by us to your door. Because we operate on a small scale, we don't always have enough in stock to meet the fluctuating demand from our loyal customers. Especially our bestsellers! If you notice an item out of stock, add your email to the product to be notified when it is back in the shop. We promise we are working hard on our end to get it back as soon as possible!

What is a Tincture?

All of the above are methods of extraction and delivery. Meaning what each of these has in common is delivering herbal constituents to your body.

On to the differences.

Tinctures are extracted into 100 proof grain alcohol & filtered spring water.

Why use herbal products?

There are several compelling reasons to consider using herbal products:

Natural Ingredients: Herbal products are typically made from natural plant-based ingredients, which can offer a gentler alternative to synthetic chemicals found in many conventional products.

Fewer Side Effects: Since herbal products often contain fewer artificial additives and chemicals, they may be less likely to cause adverse reactions or side effects compared to some synthetic products.

Holistic Approach: Many herbal remedies and products take a holistic approach to health, addressing not just the symptoms but also the underlying causes of health issues.

Sustainable and Environmentally Friendly: Herbal products often have a lower environmental impact compared to products made with synthetic chemicals. Plants can be sustainably harvested or cultivated, and their use can contribute to biodiversity conservation efforts.

Traditional Wisdom: Herbal medicine has been used for centuries in various cultures around the world. Many herbal remedies are based on traditional knowledge passed down through generations, offering a time-tested approach to health and wellness.

Personalized Care: Herbal remedies can often be tailored to individual needs, as different herbs may be combined or adjusted to address specific health concerns or preferences.

Supporting Local Economies: Using herbal products sourced from local or small-scale producers can contribute to local economies and support sustainable agriculture practices.

Versatility: Herbs can be used in various forms, including teas, tinctures, capsules, creams, and essential oils, offering versatility in how they are incorporated into daily routines or used for specific health needs.

Overall, incorporating herbal products into your lifestyle can offer a natural, sustainable, and often effective approach to health and wellness. However, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional or herbalist to ensure safety and effectiveness, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking medications.

How much should I use?

Finding the right dosage for herbal products is like finding your favorite recipe - it's a personal journey! It depends on you, what you're using, and why you're using it. While we do offer general dosage recommendations for our products, we encourage you to trust your instincts and do a bit of research too.

You can always look up the herbs in our formulas to get an idea of dosage based on your weight and needs. And don't forget, you can also listen to your body and how it responds to find what feels right for you.

Whether you're looking to give your body a little love or tackling something more specific, like fighting off a bug, it's always a good idea to chat with any wellness pros you trust for personalized advice. After all, your health journey is unique to you!

How soon should I expect results?

This question will of course depend solely on which product you are using and your desired outcome. And of course, your individual health situation.

Some of our products work immediately, like Heart Healer for panic attacks, anxiety & cramps. Others work over time, like Balance Bac for infections; it may take up to 2 weeks to see results.

Ask yourself : Do I want to feel better today or do I want to feel better tomorrow, too? Herbs work by nourishing systems of the body. They meet us where we are and we must meet them where they are. They are not a magic fix. We must give ourselves time to adjust to the herb and make other changes in our habits and lifestyle to meet the herb where it is. Herbs want to heal. Your herbs will work better when your lifestyle choices are aligned with healing!

What is the shelf life for herbal products?

The shelf life of our products depends mostly on how they're made. For example, all tinctures, which are extracted into 100 proof grain alcohol, will have a much stronger shelf life than any food products or oil based products.

TINCTURES: Up to three years but for maximum potency we suggest using within one year.

SALVES: Due to the beeswax in salves, they can last up to two years depending on use. We really suggest only buying what you'll go through in a year.

TEAS: Dried herbs can last a couple years but for maximum potency within one year.

How do I find drug interactions?

Hey, it's crucial to stay informed about potential interactions between any prescription drugs you're taking and the herbs you want to use. If you're working with a healthcare provider, definitely talk to them about it. But if you're flying solo on this one, we recommend doing some research online or checking out an herb and drug interaction book.

Just a heads up, though: We can't legally give personalized advice about your specific prescriptions. So it's up to you to dig into the details and make sure you're making safe choices. Your health is super important to us!

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

We believe that all of our products are safe for pregnant mamas and breastfeeding besides Hormone Helper during pregnancy. Yoni Steaming can be used in pregnancy after 38 weeks of gestation and can be used during breastfeeding.

Please note that we are not legally allowed to answer personalized questions including this one. We encourage you to take this into your own hands! You may also research the herbs in the product you wish to use for any studies that indicate safety.
