Shake well before using. Take one dropper bulb (approx. 30 drops) in juice or water as needed and up to 4x a day.

Anti anger is just that. When I'm feeling angry I take it and I'm calm
I wont go a day without this. You can feel your body wanting to get upset and the herbs saying hey its ok, you don't need to feel this heavy emotion called anger.
