This product I bought for my daughters. My eldest especially had horrific PMDD(Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), literally she felt like the world was ending, like she wanted to die. I love cycle care, it has been a key must have during my cycles that helps decrease pain and PMS. I went one cycle without it and it was a noticeable difference. I highly recommend and it will be a continued part of my cycle car!
I started this a few days before I knew my cycle was coming. Every since having my second child my period have been horrible, bad cramps, fatigue etc. This month I barely knew I had started my cycle!
