This herbal tincture is made from wildcrafted mimosa flowers I gathered here at my home in midwest Georgia.
Mimosa, aka Albizia julibrissin, is one of the most valued botanicals in Chinese medicine for supporting an uplifted mood and peaceful state of mind. Known as the “herb of happiness”, Mimosa helps encourage mental stability and promotes emotional serenity. Mimosa produces an antidepressant-like profile similar to two tricyclic antidepressants Clomipramine (brand-name Anafranil®), Desipramine (brand names: Norpramin® and Pertofrane®).
