We grow the Motherwort here on our land in GA to use it for Heart Healer because it effectively addresses both physical and emotional discomfort.

Heart Healer can also be used to ease afterbirth pains and menstrual cramps, earning it the nickname "Mother's Herb" for its nurturing properties. Additionally, Motherwort is an emmenagogue, beneficial for promoting delayed menstruation and reducing cramping in future cycles when used regularly.
This tincture will also aid your gut as Motherwort is extremely bitter and, like most bitter herbs, it can help stimulate digestion.

Shake well before using. Take one dropper bulb (approx. 30 drops) in juice or water when needed. Up to 3x a day. Tastes best when taken in shot of water or juice.
