Spirit Soother is a best seller for good reason. We use Oatstraw & Milky Oat Tops to create one of the most nourishing, rejuvenating herbal tinctures around.

Let me start by saying that this will be a lengthy review, but it is one that I truly needed to write.
First, thank you, Veladya, for the love and care you pour into every product you create for your customers. I have been following your journey since the van days in NYC, from moving into your home with your then-partner and starting your homestead to welcoming your first baby girl.
At the time, I did not realize how much I would eventually need the herbs you were creating. I recently started therapy again because I was experiencing frequent anxiety attacks and constantly feeling overwhelmed. I felt as though I had tried everything, but nothing was working. Because I live a holistic lifestyle, I felt that my options were limited. When my therapist suggested that I might consider medication, I became frightened, and my anxiety felt even worse.
Eventually, it began affecting my job. There were times when I had to leave work and attempt to reset my nervous system, but I struggled to calm myself. I continued to pray, and then I came across your TikTok video explaining how Spirit Soother may help support and calm the nervous system.

I was skeptical but also desperate for something. I am a mom and every day was another groundhog day, i was overstimulated and burnout and felt like my patience was nonexistent with my kids. I paired these drops with the anti anger ones and I feel more like myself and more in control of my reactions. I have followed Veladya for years now, since her van life. Since the conception of balance bac and earth mama medicine. I have always wanted to try her herbal tinctures.
